The main causes of religious persecution:

militant ideologies - such as Communism
Facism and Islamism - authoritarian regimes and wars.

CSI promotes democratic values.

CSI helps victims of religious persecution by informing the public, the UN and governments of their plight, demanding urgent action.

CSI also gives material aid to victims.
